Refund & Return Policy

Disclaimer - Lush Crate will NOT entertain any cancellation, refund, exchange of products due to :-

  • Incorrect shipping address provided* upon shipment sent. 
  • Customer's change of mind once payment is accepted. 

*IF YOU INPUT THE INCORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, WE CAN NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE IF THE ORDER GOES MISSING. WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO REFUND/REPLACE THIS ORDER.

 

CANCELLATION

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us at  support@lushcrate.com within 2 hours after you placed the order by sending us an email from your registration email.

If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped out.

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We will only accept return/exchange requests if

  • We delivered the wrong products to customer due to our mistakes
  • We delivered a faulty/defective item(s) to customer. However, we will ensure all items are in good quality and good conditions before we send it out.

The returning item has to be unused and be exactly in the  same condition  as it was at the moment of purchase. It is most recommended that the item is returned in the  original package . Cost of postage or transportation for return of goods is at customer’s expense. All returns received with damaged or missing components may be subject to additional fees. If applicable, these fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Return of items must be requested within 30 days from receiving your order. 

 

Faulty Glasses

Our glasses are all hand checked before they are neatly packaged up for you. However, if your product is faulty, we will comply with our obligations under the States Consumer Law. We will refund your payment or exchange the product at no cost to you. 

 

REFUNDS

We will gladly provide you with a refund once your return is approved. Upon receipt of your return item we shall inspect it. You will receive a notification email for returning the item regardless of whether it is or isn’t approved for a refund. When approved, your refund will be processed   within 10 working days from date of receipt of return goods.

We will deduct US$5 to cover the restocking fee for each standard shipping item.
